Can’t install

  • Hello!
    I have tried everything I can think of and need some help!

    I have done all of the steps successfully but when I try to run the https://example.com/wp-admin/install.php
    using my domain of course, it simply redirects to page where I purchased my domain crazydomains.com.au (not the host atbhost.net).

    Is there another way to get the install script to run?

  • This really sounds like a dns issue. Have you updated your Name Servers at your domain registrar to point to your host?

    I have a problem with this too. Only I get a 404 error when I try to run the install – the file/page is just not found. But when I look at the site with ftp or shell it is there – in the right place. SO what next?

    if you are pointing url to a file that you can see physically exists, and yer not getting it refer to Jason_CT’s post

    it seems like some sort of issue on your host end
