Can't insert media with WP 3.5.1

    Upgraded to 3.5.1 and I can’t insert media – it uploads, but I can’t insert it into the post without getting the permalink and inserting it via URL. (This also prevents me from choosing a featured image for the post.)

    I deactivated all plugins and it’s still a problem, it’s not a conflicting plugin issue. =(
