Argh! Now that I made it debug, the image files won’t even show up in the finder… It just keeps “loading.”

Hi alipaca, you can deactivate debug because it is displayed on top of your website.

These are the two notices showing up on your website. Fixing them could solve your issue. I am not sure though.

Notice: wpdb::escape is deprecated since version 3.6! Use wpdb::prepare() or esc_sql() instead. in /home4/alisonr3/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3378

Notice: Undefined index: war_soundy_preview in /home4/alisonr3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/soundy-background-music/templates/front-end.php on line 57

The first one is a function and the second one is related to your theme.

If fixing does not solve your issue of adding extra images, I still recommend asking your host about you not being able to upload more images to the plugin.

I see them. What do I change these too? I’m so lost!

Hi alipaca first you must disable debug mode so they don’t appear any more at the top. Then you need to get in contact with the theme developers.

Hmm… I changes the debugging to false a while ago. Why would it still be displaying?

If you have a cache plugin make sure you clear the cache. Also make sure you clear your browser cache as well.

mbrsolution do you speak on behalf of the plugin author in an official capacity?

@pjmaybe I am only here helping @stefan Boonstra the plugin author.

@alipaca have you tested the latest version?

Yep @mbrsolution. Same problem. I still can’t add a new slideshow.

@alipaca since there is a new version can you try the following. Deactivate all your other plugins except this one and try and add a new slideshow.

    Still didn’t work @mbrsolution.

Hi alipaca try the following solution. Even though is for a different plugin it might help you with your issue.
