  • Hi alipaca how many slideshows do you currently have? If you have more than one are you selecting the correct slideshow to add?

    Can you share your URL.

    Thank you

I have 17 slideshows and I’s like a few more. The issue isn’t inserting the show into the page/widget, it’s just when I’m creating it, but yes, the images show up on the right side when I first insert them. They go away when I hit “update.” My url is https://aroseweddingphotographer.com. Thanks for your help!

Hi alipaca I had a look at your URL and yes the slideshow works fine. How much memory do you have allocated to WordPress?

Not sure. How do I find that?

    Please check the following URL.

    Thank you

I’m not sure what I’m looking at here… I’m designing my site on my own and learning as I go…

Did you check the above URL? Are you on a shared server or other type of server?

You might want to speak to your host about the memory for your website.

I did look at the link you provided, but I don’t know where to find the memory I have allocated to wordpress from that? Maybe tell me what line i need to look at or be more specific as far as where it says that?

the memory was allocated to 128MB, I changed it to 256MB

    Still doesn’t work…

I see that you have changed your memory to 256MB but my question is, has your Host allocated that much memory to your account?

Can you also enable debug mode in your .htaccess file to see if any errors are displayed.

where do I find the .htaccess file?

You will find it at the root of your website. The same folder that has all your other wordpress files.

all I see is an htdocs folder and it’s empty.

That is very strange, do you see a folder with the name of your website?
