cant insert image to post while editing

  • cant insert image to post while editing.
    Save is ok…
    set featured image is ok…
    after save i try to edit this… ok…
    click “set featured image” link… ok
    click ‘insert into post’ … nothing happens… and in console i get this error for any image I click on…

    An invalid form control with name=’attachments[12631][post_title]’ is not focusable.

    – pls help
