    It seems like this is more of a WordPress issue rather than on our plugin. Regardless, I would like to still help you, but I would need more information. Could you provide me a screen recording of the behavior on your end? This is for me to replicate the issue you’re having and help you better. You could use third-party apps like Loom or CloudApp free version and paste the URL in this thread.

    I’m also curious, what was your last action before this issue happened?

    Next Steps

    It would be good if you could test for conflicts on your end as well and see if there are other plugins that’s causing this issue. Please read carefully the article about Testing for Conflicts before doing anything.

    Moreover, we’d recommend conducting these tests on a Staging Server.

    All you will see is that no image is inserted and there is no ‘message’ as to why. I always update plugins. I notice this started March 4 when I tried to update the page to include the new ‘cover’ image of the publication. Have not been able to find the time to research and am not able to do much now either. Was hoping for a simple answer … like update php ?? hahahaha
