Can't insert hyperlinks in my answers to FAQs

    Hi

    I am able to insert links in pages in general on my website.

    When I try to do the same thing (highlight a phrase that I want to add a link to and click on the link button) in an answer to one of my FAQs nothing happens.

    I am trying this in Visual View. If I click on Text View or Add Media nothing happens as well.
