Can’t insert form into post

  • Hello,

    I’ve built out my form, linked the API successfully to Campaign Monitor, and want to insert it into a specific page. The dropdown button in the content editor has no forms. The form is saved and shows up under ALL FORMS, but not in the dropdown selector.

    If I turn on popup, it does popup is fillable and works, but I need to insert it into this page.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    To insert it into a specific page you can use the shortcode [optinform]

    But I think you aren’t actually using the OptinForms plugin, I think you are using WPForms. This support area is for OptinForms.

    You mentioned the form shows up under “ALL FORMS”, but we don’t have a section like that. Also, on that link you sent it’s definitely not OptinForms, I think it’s WPForms.
