Can’t insert audio or video files into a post

    I’ve just launched a new blog in 2.7.1 and it’s going to be a podcast blog, but I cannot get the audio file to insert into the post. I really want to have an icon there and link to the audio file. Is this possible within wordpress, or do i have to link to it outside of wordpress? If I just had it inserted, why doesn’t it activate a hyperlink and play?
