Can’t increase number of tickets from zero when checking out

    I’ve just been contacted by a visitor to my site who’s trying to book a ticket to an event but can’t increase the number of tickets from zero when checking out.

    To replicate:

    1. Visit an event page for example – https://ordinarytheology.com/event/reading-group-athanasius-on-the-incarnation-dec-2024/
    2. Click the “Get tickets now” button
    3. In the Checkout pop up page that appears try to click the + button to increase the number of tickets- nothing happens – the number of tickets does not increment as expected

    This behaviour has suddenly appeared on all my active events. It’s the same for free events and paid ones. I haven’t edited the events for a while and this problem definitely didn’t exist previously.

We tried replicating the problem under various test conditions but found the functionality to be operational on our end. To further assist you, we recommend deactivating any additional plugins and retesting the system.

    I disabled pretty much every plugin but the issue remains.

    As per our update on the other ticket, this issue was also due to multiple shortcodes being used on same page. The problem has been resolved now.
