Can't include wp-load.php outside wordpress site

    I would like to use wordpress’s functions outside a wordpress site (some sort of a portal) by requiring/including wp-load.php file but I encountered a problem.
    The problem is when the file is included, the script for some reason automatically redirects me to my WordPress home page and I can’t do nothing. I tried the script on lower versions of wordpress and it is working properly but not on version 4.4.2.

    I already tried any possible option to include the file but it still redirects me.

    Could someone help me with this problem?
