Can’t include any video block in the builder

    I’m trying to use a video with the page builder, but I’m getting an error and I can’t find information to troubleshoot.
    “Something has prevented the page from being saved. The host you are using may have a security setting preventing it from being saved. Refresh the page and try again.”
    I tried Enabling Builder Debug but I don’t see anything different anywhere, even in debug.log.
    I have my website on a shared hosting service.

  • Hello,

    This message usually occurs “Something has prevented the page from being saved. The host you are using may have a security setting preventing it from being saved” if you have a security plugin installed like WordFence.

    Try to disable it first and see if it’s working.

    If no security plugin, can you contact your hosting provider to check their logs if there is a firewall issue.
