    Hi,

I’m planning to buy an unlimited license for elementor and leave my current page builder.

But, I have a very annoying problem about template import.
When a try to import a template as json or zip file, the result is a blank page.

I have already increased the memory + exec time + post size for php, but nothing work.
    I’m using OceanWP theme.
    I’m running on a VPS with Virtualmin/Webmin.

    Thanks for your help ??

  • Try to deactivate all plugins except Elementor and try again. Also update to the latest version of Elementor. Do you see an error message?

    Page template woes…

Trying to import template gives me an HTTP 500 Page can’t handle request.
Trying to export manually created template gives me : Template does not exist.

I have the latest version of all the components and WordPress (Go Daddy)
I’ve tried every posted suggestion including recreating the domain, reinstalling WordPress, replacing the htaccess file, deactivating plugins, raising the PHP variables for memory, file upload size, and talking to the hosting company for literally hours.

    No success on any front.

    Import Templates .json after
    wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    HTTP ERROR 500
    why…
    reinstalling WordPress
    still the same..

    why…

This sounds like a hosting problem. Try to contact your hosting and also follow this guide: https://docs.elementor.com/article/189-having-problems-using-elementor-start-here

    Hi

With me happens this blank page error when importing older templates (created months ago)

Other friends tried to import the same templates and the same error occurs.

In my case, I have to open the created page, save the template again and it works.

I get the impression that at some point in the updates something happened that is not recognizing the old templates.
