Can’t import Kadence Responsive Email Template

  • Hi,

    I wonder if you could clarify how can I import Kadence Responsive Email Template to your plugin. I’ve subscribed to your mail list and got kadence-responsive-email-template.dat.zip

    I spent more than 3 hours checking all plugin options, searching on google and WordPress support, but still was unable to find any solution.

    Would really appreciate your help on this matter.

    Hi Kon,
    Sorry that this is not more clear! You can import by Opening the email customizer, then in the left menu you should see “import export”. Click on that then click on the choose file in the “import” area and select the .dat file, then click the import button.

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanks for your help on this one.
    I’ve managed to import this template. Initially I was trying to import .zip file instead of .dat

    Quick readme file inside of the archive would definitely be helpful.
