Can’t import email adress

    Hi there,
    I’m trying to import a list of 3000 suscriber on your plugin but I’m not able.
    I’m only using the “email” field.
    Can you help me with that please?

    I have this issue too. I’ve prepared a sheet with your instructions but when import, there is an info that all my emails are incorrect and nothing imported. I thing this is csv file format problem – in Excel there is few CSV formats – comma separated, MSDOS and Macintosh. In your article there is no info which is proper one. Could you clarify this?

    If you are on a Mac (like me) and using excel when you save you CSV file you need to choose the dropdown file type and save the file as a window CSV then it will import.

    I had this problem last year and ask the team to update & place and instruction in their documentation especially cover this situation.
