Can't import Dummy Data file

    Hi there

    Firstly, thank you for making this beautiful theme available for free.

    I’m having issues trying to import the dummy data file. I’ve downloaded the xml file on my laptop, but when I go to import it using WP Importer, I get the following error:

    Sorry, there has been an error.
    File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

    I can’t for the life of me figure out what is wrong. I can definitely upload images, some of the images are over 1MB, so I’m not sure why the xml file is facing any such restrictions. Any help is most appreciated.
