    I can’t import contacts. It first came up a text about cleaning contacts to prevent bounces. So I did that, I paid for Kickbox and ran my list of contacts through it and then felt ready to import my clean list of contacts. So I clicked “Proceed anyway” when that text came up. In next step I picked my csv-file to upload. In next step choosed the option that it’s an existing list, then in next step that I haven’t sent email for two years. But then in next step that text from beginning showed up again. But this time without the option to proceed. The only option was to be linked to that article on MailPoet’s website about how to clean contacts. Or just go back to start. What’s wrong?

    I’m sorry you’re having troubles importing the list. Could you please try again from scratch and send me a screenshot of the 2 lasts steps? I am asking because I am not able to reproduce the issue on my site.

    This is solved. I had to choose the option that I’ve sent email last 3 months.
