Can’t import all e-mail adress

    Hi there,
    We are using your plugin for our newsletter but the client have export over 3000 users but only 95 have subscribed with your form. So now, we are trying to import ALL the 3095 user but it’s not working cause the 3000 other one are not linked with a list.
    Can you help me with that please?

    Hi Marie, can you explain me which is the problem? Are you using the import tool?

    Hi Stefano,
    I’ve tried with the import tool in your plugin but it only import the subscribers that have subscribed with your form on the website, not all my subscribers..

    Hi Marie, the import tool does not import only who is already in the dstabase. Have you an error report? Did you copy and paste the addresses to import?

    Hi Stefano,
    If I choose to import all subscribers, there is nothing in the file. Can you contact me by email and I will give you access to the site that you can have a look?

    Hi, what do you mean with “there is nothing in the file”? Just copy and paste few address to import in the textarea and try if that way works.
