Can’t import all data

    Hi Support,
    I am trying to import 21,000+ records from the old site that is using Gravity Forms. However, I can’t import all the data because, for some reason, it stops at the 7,187th item. I tried to upload batches of 5,000 records per import, but still no luck. It seems that all imports beyond the 7,187th item are being ignored.

    Hi Branden,

    I can see that you have a paid license and have already opened a ticket in our helpdesk with this question. Since CSV importing is a premium feature and we are only allowed to support the lite plugin via WP forums, I’m going to mark this as resolved, but one of our team will respond via your helpdesk ticket shortly and try to get this resolved for you ASAP.
