Cant identify DIV

Hi my site is https://iccitcouncil.com/thecasserole/

it seems that there is a white div over on the left hand side that is covering some of my post on my homepage. This div has shown up on other pages and I’ve worked around it because I can’t seem to identify what it is or how to get rid of it.

I need to know what it is so i can delete it or at least move it behind the circles.
Please help.
