Can’t hide this plugin on phones

    This plugin is awesome, but it has a serious issue. After I check “show this on desktops alone,” my phone still shows a large rectangle widget box. Honestly, this plugin works perfectly on desktop computers. Please fix the codes so phones don’t show this widget.

  • Similar issue here, I do not know since when.

    I always had two buttons – one for desktop and one for mobile. But now I realised on mobile sometimes one was shown – and some times the other. Not always they were closable.

    At least here “only desktop” is working fine now.

    Thanks for reporting the behavior.

    Can you please share your website URL and point me to which one is supposed to show on desktop/mobile?

    Maybe, there is a bug and it needs my attention.

    Hello Akash, thank you for your quick reply and the offer to take a look.

    But I have chosen a complete different solution now, so I cannot show it to you (I am sorry!!).

    It was and is working fine on only desktop mode.

    But when I created a second button for mobile – this one was sometimes mixed up with the dektop-one – and then (which is quite worse on the phone) not closable.

    When I installed the plugin initially (last year) it worked properly. Maybe an update of this or rather another plugin mixed something up…
