With all due respect, the issue you have described above appears to be somewhat uncommon. That’s why we have thoroughly investigated the plugin to determine the root cause of the issue.
But, we couldn’t replicate the same issue on our end. We suspect that there might be a JavaScript console error, which is causing the issue on your end.
