Can't handle ' in the description

Sorry, i don’t get it, i need the html content with issues to debug.

Example before saving remote image

<img src=”https://www.abc.com/image.jpg&#8221; desc=”It’s a stunning picture.”>

After saving remote image

<img scr=”https://localurl.com/image.jpg&#8221; desc=”It”>

>> The description from “‘s a stunning picture.” is being trimmed off.
