Can’t go to another url link within the website

    Hi,

    Is it normal that when a printpage is generated and a tab opens for it, you can’t open another url on the website?

    It keeps on loading and as soon as you close the printpage it is possible again to change the page.

    Could this be changed?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Probably, you have enabled “Show the print window” option on the plugin settings page. In that case, it’s normal that the modal browser window opens to print the page.

    But if the “Show the print window” option is disabled, please provide us with a link to the page where the problem occurs.
