Can't go from static home page back to blog posts

Ok, this must be a common problem but I’ve been searching the internet and this forum for a while with no conclusive answers so far for my problem.
Just set up a wordpress website for myself. I do these at my job often (I’m a newbie there and with WordPress). I set my site up the way I do for customers, which includes making the home page (reading link) a static page. Oops. The option above ‘static page’ now says ‘Unable to Show Your latest posts’
So how do I undo this? Heeeelp please, I’m getting burned out on this. Here, I’m even supplying a link to a screenshot of what I’m talking about
