Can't get your table rate to work at all-Please help.

    I’ve tried for 2 days to set up your plugin for my website and I don’t know what else to try. I am VERY much a novice at this and with your excellent ratings, I’m sure it’s something very simple that I must not be seeing.

    All I want is a shipping rate table based on a price tier, only shipping to USA with some products offered with free shipping. When items are put in cart, it says, “there are no shipping methods available.”

    I tried debugging. I tried uninstalling “free shipping” plugin” that I had downloaded to work in conjunction with yours. I unchecked allow flat rate, free ship, etc. and checked only enable your rate table. Calculate in cart is checked.

    Does each product still need a weight assigned and/or a shipping class since this is solely based on price?

    I’ve tried to find the answer on this forum as well as googling and can’t find it. I’ve searched through wordpress for step by step instructions in case I just don’t see the obvious. But that’s just it—it looks so easy and straight forward; what am I doing wrong?
