    Hello everyone,

    I just started using this plugin recently and I can’t get the user review box in my review posts. My website is focussed on health and fitness, and i’m reviewing supplements.

    My own reviews work perfectly, but i don’t know how to enable the possibility for user reviews. Ofcourse I ticked YES for the user reviews in the general settings.

    I use the Tempera theme and I also allow people to leave a reaction.

    What can I do the get this right?

    For your info, an example of my review page:

    PS. To enable the readers to leave a review I installed Rich Reviews. When I can get this plugin to work, I can deactivate the other one.

    Thanks for your help!

    Marvin

    Hi,

    I tried it on my demo blog: https://hardeepasrani.com/development/?p=1 and I’m not able to reproduce the issue.

    It’s working fine for me. Please take a look ??

    Regards,

    Hi Hardeep!

    Thanks for your reaction. I think I know what the problem was. I use the Jetpack plugin which has a tool for user comments. I deactivated that specific comment tool and now I get the user reviews enabled.

    As you can see here:
    https://voeding-en-fitness.nl/review-ulift-pre-workout-van-liftag-sport/

    I do notice that, when a user leaves a review, he can’t see the aspects on which to score like in this specific case ‘smaak, prijs, werking and oplosbaarheid’.

    Can I fix this by getting the PRO version?

    Well many thanks for your help! Now I finally have the user reviews enabled ??

    Have a nice weekend!

    Hi Marvin,

    I seriously thought about that (since I use Jetpack comments), hehe. I’m glad that it’s working now.

    And for the second problem. The problem is caused by your theme’s styling.

    You can solve it by adding the following CSS to your WordPress:

    #respond label {
        display: block !important;
    }

    Hope it will work now ??
