Cant get to WP-Admin

Try:
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

I still dont know how to do this. yes its FTP, but I dont see how to re-upload them. at the moment the website is a blank white space.

No – your web site is not a blank space. It contains all of the WordPress core files & folders at the very least. If you FTP into your site, you will see them.

ok fine, but I dont know how to do the last bit – I dont know how to reupload files (which means my theme will come back, right?) and please bare in mind i am an idiot so I dont know what most of the stuff you say means ??
