Can’t get to wp-admin

I think I figured out what my problem is, but don’t know how to solve it.

I installed WordPress inside a blog folder in my site, so the address is https://www.treetopcoaching.com/blog/etc. But when I go to wp-admin, it takes me to this page: https://www.treetopcoaching.com/login.php [without the /blog/ in the address] so it can’t find the page.

Is there a place in WordPress where I can edit the info so that WP will know to look inside the “blog” folder? I looked in the config.php file, but couldn’t figure it out.
