Can't get to work with GODADDY

    I received your email response to this question. I had tried the manual process before I tried the plugin.

    I deleted the exisiting php.ini and php5.ini files on my hosting file. Completed the manal steps again and uploaded them to the root and wp-admin folder as you indicated.

    I still am not getting WordPress to acknowledge the change. I still can not upload a file more than 2MB. Any other advice?
