• I can’t make head or tail of the rules section. Why not just put an option that says post type is equal to all posts? You’ve done that for all pages and it works great but you haven’t done it for all posts.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding but no matter what option I try I can’t make it popup on any of my posts. It pops up on all pages fine but not on any of my posts. Can you please tell me exactly what I need to put in to achieve this? I would like it to popup once a day per user on all posts and pages with some exceptions, thanks.

Hi @slofe when you choose the all pages rule is still not showing on the posts ?
Could you share the URL of the posts?

Hi Damian, yes that is exactly what is happening. I’ve disabled the plugin for now as I think it might be a theme issue as this problem has occurred on several different popup plugins.

Hi @slofe most probably the template you are using for posts is not using default wordpres wp_footer and wp_header functions or something like that.

Hi, it seems my popup works on pages but not on posts. It also appears that woo commerce plugin is causing a problem with popups on posts on my site as this problem occurs on every popup plugin I’ve tried. Do you have any ideas as to why this might be?

I don’t think it’s related to Woocommerce, most probably a plugin conflict or there. I would start deactivating all plugins to see if popups works. If still not working then the issue is coming from the theme.

If they are working you can enable one plugin at a time to see which one is causing issues

It is related to woo commerce because as soon as I deactivated woo commerce plugin the problem went away and the popup worked on all posts. It’s not theme related either because my theme developer tried it on test sites running the theme and it worked. It’s probably to do with how woo commerce works on my theme rather than your plugin specifically because, as I said earlier, it happens with all popup plugins not just yours and when I deactivate woo commerce they all work normally again.
