Cant get this to work

  • Ive been using QC in many installs until a year ago. With Buddypress, WPML, huge sites, small sites, old PHP version.

    QC Just worked!

    But now, after installing this version, I cant get it to work anywhere!

    I got all the settings, deactivate, restore, clear, re-install. Read all threads here and so on…

    No text at the bottom or no files in cache folder.

    Dead!

    Hi Jonas,

    As of v131121 (released November 21, 2013), Quick Cache requires PHP v5.3+, so it won’t work with older versions of PHP. If you require Quick Cache for an older version of PHP, you can still download earlier releases (prior to v131121) here.

    There are a number of things that could cause this, including plugin conflicts. Have you tested while not logged into WordPress? By default Quick Cache only cached visitors who are not logged in, so if you look for the HTML notes while logged in, you won’t see them there.

    A bit more information about your setup, including a list of active plugins, would be helpful.

    Thanks f your qiuck reply. I read all the topics and of c i have the correct php version And tried on a nother guest computer / logged out/ diffr ip etc etc. I been using this plug in so many huge installs before with no problems and now my basic install don take it . I gonna guve it a last try and track from a one by one plugin turn off and report back here.
