Can’t get this to work

  • Hi,

    don’t understand. can’t seem to get this to work.
    First I was using DIVI and Toolset. most of the time the widget just wouldn’t show up and when it did it didn’t work.
    Then I deactivate toolset and switched to storefront theme. widget shows up now but doesn’t filter. It’s supposed to filter the “shop” page, right? (the product archive page).

    Hello,

    #1 – Your have JavaScript error:
    TypeError: e.getElement(...).parentNode is null[Learn More] mediaelement-and-player.min.js:12:93595

    #2 – Your current theme don’t have structure. All the elements are listed one by one. There is no way to get if the title is from product #3 or #2 because they are all under the same element. Not sure if your plugin will work with it.

    #3 – this plugin is tested with Divi and Storefront. When you change the theme you need to run Autoselectors again. If you are trying to use selectors from one theme on another most likely it ill not work.
