Can't get this to work!

In installed your plugin on my site for the gravity form I’ve created here:

However, as you can see, I can’t get the “items rremaining” to decrease as I increase the quantity on any of the products, and the product limit of 5 doesn’t work on any of them.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be?
