    Hi,

On my site I have “Members”, “clients”, “not logged in”

Now I would like to give all of these another restriction.

My members can see everything, my clients should be restricted from some pages, and the “not logged in” should get the restriction by default.

So how give I my “members” access to all pages and give my “clients” a restriction for some of those pages? I just don’t get it.

When I make a client restriction, my members are not able to go to all pages. Is there a video of this plugin where I can find what i’m doing wrong?

Have been searching for 3 hours now but can’t make it work.

Thanks for the help and have a great 2020

    Hi,

Unfortunately there is no video tutorials at this point, at least not official ones.

When you add new restrictions, instead of thinking of what content some users should not be able to see, think of what other users should see that content.

In your case, when you don’t want Clients and Not-logged-in users to see some content, add that content to the Members level. This will give Members exclusive access to it (also note that administrators will always be able to view all content)

    I hope this helps!

    Hi,

In the “website role” my members get the name is written in DUTCH: “ABONNEE”

In the “user access role” the members name is in ENGLISH: “SUBSCRIBER”

    Can that be the problem?

    Thanks for the help,
    David
