Can't get the wp-login/wp-admin running

Hi, i went to settings and their was two places that said my website URL. I changed the first on into login.torahbook.www-torah.com/login.php , and it was a login page. So now i cant’t get torahbook.www-torah.com/wp-login.php to work and i cant get torahbook.www-torah.com/wp-admin to work I dont know what to do… can someone please help? oh and also torahbook.www-torah.com’s theme is totally messed up, now it only shows HTML format, and nothing like how it actually used to look like… i think its 3.3.1
