Can’t get the subscription form to work properly

I get this message when I subscribe for newsletter with our form.
We are very sorry but something went wrong. Please try again later.
This happens in google chrome and safari, but not internet explorer. Then the integration works and the e-mail gets added to the list.
Please help and advise.
