I’ve been setting up the shortcodes for the following and can’t seem to get it to work. I even purchased and tried to configure the Ad Filter addon. I’m using it on these pages to show only the categories/filters of each respective page.

I tried to find some instructions on how to setup the filters. I can’t seem to find them. I might have missed them. Can you assist please?

Hi Aaron L. Bull.

What shortcode you are using on Counter Corruption Task Force page? Filters are used to narrow down the list of ads. A typical example of filters is available here https://wpreloaded.com/plugins/apply-online/apply-online-demo/ . You can see filtration box on top of the ads listing. This ads list is generated through [aol] shortcode for default ad types. For different ad types use [aol type=”mytype”]

Please explain your requirements for Counter Corruption Task Force page & i will suggest a solution for it.

Thanks for getting back to me. Basically I want those kinds of jobs that are tagged with what’s below to show rather than having to put them in manually one by one.

Each of those page are using the following:

Sorry, I am having difficulty in understanding your requirement.

Lets say you have a category FINANCE. Do you want a page where all ads belongs to FINANCE category are shown ?

In this case all ads related to Finance category can be found on this link yourwebsite.com/category/finance/ . If this link does not work then try saving permalinks in admin panel at SETTINGS/PERMALINK page.

Unfortunately neither of those worked. I tried your first example. Here are 2 examples:

Then I tried the permalink page. Did this:

Category base: category
Tag base: counter-corruption-task-force-cctf

Try Category Base: Topics.
& leave Tag Base empty.

Now check yourwebsite.com/category/intelligence

Category based links given in your 2nd last message are now working fine for me. Also plugin don’t offer any shortcode to render Filter(taxonomy/terms) base ads. However, such option is under development & will be offered in future release.
