Cant get the plugin to show shipping values

Afternoon,

I have downloaded the plugin and want to calculate a shipping value based on the total cart weight.

I have tried everything I could possible think of to get this working, even spent over 5 ours reading all the topics. I want to buy the plugin and can see it works for other customers but if I cannot even get the free version to work I will have the same issue with the paid version. Your assistance would greatly be appreciated.

I want to have basics, two rules, one delivering to a region in South Africa @ a rate and the other rule delivering to the balance regions at a different rate.

To test the plugin I created 1 rule, delivering to the whole of South Africa with a very high weight tolerance at a fixed base price.
