  • I have the same issue. The menu does not match the one I have set. Any suggestions?

@luchtzak: Autoptimize is unfortunately often unable to correctly load JavaScript used by WPtouch. We recommend disabling that plugin.

@rsessa You may want to try deselecting the menu, saving, then re-selecting it, which should clear any erroneously stored menu selection.

well, that would certainly be the easy answer and “solution”, from a support point of view …

I’m Autoptimize’s developer (avond Bart, ben ook Belg) and I personally think the question merits some more thought, first question being; what is wrong and second one; is this caused by AO. That last one can easily be answered by comparing the site with and without Autoptimize, by simply adding ?ao_noptimize=1 the URL. I just did that, comparing both the homepage and the “counting down to a special event”-page and (at least at first sight) these pages look identical and menu seems to work OK both with and without AO. So whatever is wrong, this is unlikely to be an AO-problem.

BraveNewCode; please try a bit harder not to simply put the blame elsewhere with generic statements? I’ll be more then happy to discuss ho we can improve the WPTouch+AO experience!

Bart; can you describe in some more detail what you think is not OK? maybe with one or two screenshost?

@frank looks like autoptimize may have been disabled by the time you looked?–?that said, perhaps theirs a weird case where AO & CloudFlare’s Rocketscript aren’t happy working together?

by the magic of view-source: nope, it was still active at that point ??

We have the same issue for a few weeks now.

Disabled autooptimize, still not working …

adding the url no_optimize brings me to the static theme (on iPhone), and not the wptouch theme (on iPhone)

@branvenewcode inc I’ve already tried that and it has not worked. I also uninstalled the plugin and reinstalling again and still the same.

I am a newbie to WordPress, so my apologies if my comments are irrelevant, but my menus work fine on a laptop, but using WPTouch, there is no cascading of menus, and the order is different.
    Many thanks,

    Similar problem

https://www.nc3.mobi menu on computer shows horizontal bar menu with multiple items. One item is HOW IT WORKS. That menu item has TWO sub menus: EXAMPLES and REFERENCES.

Using WPmobile, tap three-horizontal-bar menu (hamburger menu icon)in upper right corner. HOW IT WORKS shows only EXAMPLES. REFERENCES appears far below in alphabetical order.

solved. The plugin is incompatible with the option of Mobile theme Jetpack. To disable the menus displayed correctly.

Rsessa – I appreciate the reply, but am unsure as to what you mean. I do not have Jetpack visible as an add-on. I don’t see Jetpack on any of the WPTouch options. Where is “Mobile theme Jetpack” that I am to disable?

It is not an option in WPTouch. It is the option of “Móviles Theme” in Jetpack plugin. In my case it has been fixed as well.

As I don’t have the Jetpack Plugin I’m not sure how that “solved” my situation.
