@luchtzak: Autoptimize is unfortunately often unable to correctly load JavaScript used by WPtouch. We recommend disabling that plugin.
well, that would certainly be the easy answer and “solution”, from a support point of view …
I’m Autoptimize’s developer (avond Bart, ben ook Belg) and I personally think the question merits some more thought, first question being; what is wrong and second one; is this caused by AO. That last one can easily be answered by comparing the site with and without Autoptimize, by simply adding ?ao_noptimize=1 the URL. I just did that, comparing both the homepage and the “counting down to a special event”-page and (at least at first sight) these pages look identical and menu seems to work OK both with and without AO. So whatever is wrong, this is unlikely to be an AO-problem.
BraveNewCode; please try a bit harder not to simply put the blame elsewhere with generic statements? I’ll be more then happy to discuss ho we can improve the WPTouch+AO experience!
Bart; can you describe in some more detail what you think is not OK? maybe with one or two screenshost?
