    Hi,
    would you mind to check if you are using the double quote character to delimit canvas name and image folder?
    Please check if your Quotation marks are exactly the correct symbol (Alt 34)

    you mean a different plugin or a different option to test the application?

    Hi,
    I had the same thing.

    I installed WordPress in multisite and the default folder of spin360 is on the root wp_content/uploads/spin360show.

    I loaded 20 photos in a sub-folder “lunette”, but nothing was displayed with :
    <div>[spin360 canvas_name=”s1″ imgs_folder=”lunette/” imgs_nbr=20]</div>
    (I Haven’t change quotation marks, just copy from site spin360)

    Displays the source code of the page and looks or points to the instruction like this (looking spin360show) :
    var pathVar = ‘https://sfp.terraindigene.com/wpcontent/uploads/sites/6/spin360show/lunette/&#8217;;

    I just copied my folder (I didn’t move folder because I don’t know if spin360 command use this one)
    wp_content/uploads/spin360show
    to
    wpcontent/uploads/sites/6/spin360show (like source code)

    Now it works perfectly

    thanks a lot @laumi57 !
    I never used multisite, so I missed this option ??

    your solution is perfect.. spin360 is looking for the images in
    $products_url = $wp_uploads[‘baseurl’].’/spin360show/’;
    then this is a different location for each multi-site …
    I’m going to update the documentation!

    Thanks a lot again…

    PS you may consider to rate my plugin ??

    I have added a note to the documentation for multisite option and code to show the folder in the admin panel.
    I’m going to close it as solved. Feel free to reopen in case of issue.

    The same image that I have inserted on each page of my site has suddenly disappeared on every page, for no reason. When I go into the page builder, it’s still there and it shows up fine. I can’t see why it’s not showing up. Can Anyone help?

    Ps. The fact that www.remarpro.com does not have a live support chat is extremely frustrating and I highly regret deciding to use WordPress over the countless other softwares that do offer live support. I don’t understand how such a large and complicated platform can get away without offering such a simple feature. Not to mention that the support forum model is not user-friendly at all. I had to search through multiple forums just to find one that wasn’t closed off to new comments. Very disappointing
