Cant get the API’s to work

I can’t access that site since the captcha keeps failing, but if you go the WPSL settings page and click on ‘show response’ in the top section. What are the errors that show up?

There’s a problem with the provided server key.

Error message: This API project is not authorized to use this API.

Check if your issue is covered in the troubleshooting section, if not, then please open a support ticket.

There’s a problem with the provided browser key.

You will have to open the browser console ( ctrl shift k in Firefox, or ctrl shift j in Chrome ) to see the error details returned by the Google Maps API.

The error itself includes a link explaining the problem in more detail.

Can you make sure to follow all the steps as described here, and use the ‘create browser key’ and ‘create server key’ buttons.

Hi, I followed this exactly as described, also added payment to the api’s
and still no joy

What’s the error that shows up in the browser console ( F12 )?

In some cases Google doesn’t correctly process the changes, and this may be the case here since the screenshots do look fine.

To solve errors that don’t make sense you sometimes have to create a new set of keys again. Try if this fixes it.

Can you double check all the API’s listed here are active?

If so, then you will have to contact Google Maps Support since you seem to have done everything right, but it still shows an error.

It does also not work if you for a second disable all other plugin, and switch back to a default WP theme. Just to rule out any weird conflicts with other code on your server.
