Can’t get the addons to work!!!

  • I am following instructions, paid alot of money to go pro so I could get the forms I was looking for, but when I click on the Addons and then click on install it won’t install. I tried to do the downloading from the website and when I click the button to get the file on my computer everything is greyed out and won’t let me choose that file. I am so beyond frustrated and feel that I have just wasted my money on this.

    I’m sorry you’re running into issues with this!

    I see that you submitted a ticket to our support team a little bit ago, and we’ve replied there.

    In case it helps you and/or others who find this message, I’ll also share a bit more detail here. Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like your browser most likely unzipped the plugin file when it was downloaded. I’m not sure why some browsers/OS do this, but an unzipped plugin folder can’t be uploaded to WordPress.

    To rezip the file, you’d need to follow these steps for Windows or these steps for Mac.

    Once the file is zipped, it shouldn’t be greyed out anymore and WordPress will let you upload it.
