    I’ve managed to create a feed properly and have my products showing in it but still can’t get the shipping rate to show.

    I’ve followed the steps at https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/ but the feed just has this in it:

    <g:shipping/>

    With no value or anything, which means all 230 products are being rejected. The site uses standard WooCommerce shipping classes and nothing else fancy, is there something which I’m doing wrong?

    The mapping bit shows g:shipping as the attribute and Shipping in the Value dropdown.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    This is for a few select items which will always be free shipping so we pick that from the shipping class drop down for those products.

    Would it help if we just purchased the paid version of your plugin and gave you sure access that way?

    Sorry I meant site access

    Hi,

    Providing or asking for site access (on this WP-forum) is strictly forbidden by WordPress Guidelines so thats not something we can do. Upgrading to the paid version won’t be needed either. We’ll try to help you out with this regardless if you are a paid user or not.

    What shipping class did you use for the products that have a price > GBP 1000?

    Products have a range of shipping classes, currently, mostly the Pallet Shipping at either £70, £90 or £120. A few products are free shipping.

    If anyone orders items which total over £1000 then they automatically get free shipping. Hope that helps
