Can’t get rid of underlined links in Microsoft Edge and on mobile phone

I’ve managed to remove the thick underline from the theme’s links and replace with the color green, and just a thin underline when hover.

This works well in Chrome and Firefox on my desktop, and on a tablet.

But in Edge, and on my Android phone using Chrome, all the links are keeping a thin underline, and once a link has been visited, they become a horrible thick underline.
Any help?
