6 days ago I purchased the Pro version and created my first gallery; I uploaded the images and used the default settings but the only thing that was displayed was a list of image names…so I submitted a support ticket (the subject of the automated reply was “Just Displaying File Names of Images [YYdc0pzCQl16Hea-01501]”).

5 days ago, I was asked for my WordPress credentials…I replied to it with additional info requested, and received an automated email saying “New message was successfully added to your ticket”

4 days ago I inquired about progress and did not get a reply (except an automated confirmation)…so I tried following the link in the email to open the ticket and reply that way, but I get the message, “Warning: Incorrect input value”…so I sent a message via Facebook, but have not received a reply

Yesterday, I tried contacting support via the feedback@ email address but did not even receive an automated response

Today, I looked into making contact via Twitter, but the account looks like it has been inactive since 27 Aug 2015

Any suggestions on how to get this resolved besides contacting my credit card company to get a refund?

You had problem in your theme. It’s just do not allow to load required libs in page header properly. In our gallery plugin general settings you can find option which implement alternative loading procedure to avoid any conflicts. Right now plugin published on page, but it’s looks like insert alot of galleries on this page and this galleries just located in some random layout. Try to publish one gallery on page and after that add some additional galleries one by one. Please try and let me know if you’ll have some other questions.
