    Hi kacalhoun,
The above page link throws 404 page not found error. Can you check if that page really exists and have our registration form shortcode.

However, when you click register on my site forum it goes to the wordpress registration page.

Do you mean default WordPress registration form with /wp-login/ url?
If so then you can redirect the core login. We do have settings for this. You can find the settings in User Registration->Login Options->Prevent Core Login

However, before you enable that make sure the account page in User Registration->General Options->My account page has a page selected and it has our my account shortcode in the page.

Okay I got it off the registration form with /wp-login/url, but the problem I have now is the way it looks on my site. https://zerototwentyone.com/registration/

It is very spaced out and looks very amateur. When I change the design/look of it like adding a border and then click preview, the preview shows what I chose, but when I go to the page directly it doesn’t have that look.

I also don’t have the field options available. It doesn’t let me click that in my settings.

Is there anyway to make this look cleaner?

One last thing. When someone registers it does nothing to let them know to confirm their email. No message pops up, it just sits there on the same page like nothing happened. No successful message.

Regarding the design of the form. It seems your have inserted the shortcode inside
    <pre> and then <code>
Please remove those and just insert the code as plain text

Field options are directly not clickable. Field options get activated only when you click on any of the fields on the drag and drop editor. Just click on the fields on your editor and check.

Checked by signing up on the page and the message is appearing fine. https://prnt.sc/nxb0cj

Okay I fixed that, however, if I choose the option to my account page go to my account then when you click on the registration button it takes you to the log in page. Is there anyway to separate the two so that my users don’t have an extra step when trying to register. If I don’t have My account page set to My account then when they click on login button it takes them to the registration page.

    Hi @kacalhoun,

Sorry, can you elaborate on your issue? We didn’t understand your issue.

    Thanks!
