Cant' Get Refund – Bought $99.00 Unlimited Site Version and it is not acceptable

I’ve had a very disturbing series of emails with the support group for the WOW Slider.I really like nearly all of the features of the plugin and I purchased the Unlimited Websites Version for $99.00 (See https://wowslider.com/licenses.html)

A couple of my users of the first installation emailed me to complain that my home page did not look very good on their smartphone and they were having difficulty navigating away from the homepage.

As you can see, the slider text is not ‘responsive’ but the image is, so the text blocks the navigation.

I began to correspond with the support group and received a series of very terse replies.

They will not offer a refund and the current design is unusable when viewed on a mobile device.

Very unhappy!
