Can’t get recaptcha to show

    I’ve been having issues with Spam and can’t seem to find anything to help. I want a physical recaptcha as the hidden ones (Google V3 or honeypot) aren’t working. However, I can’t get the recaptcha to show using this plugin. I’ve put in the keys on the integration section and I’ve included a [recaptcha] on the form. Can someone help have a look at this, please?

    Hello @atwamy,

    Looking at the website there appears to be some JavasScript errors generated by mootools which may be preventing the reCaptcha javascript from processing properly. We suggest fixing these issues first.

    One way to narrow down whether this issue is a plugin conflict or theme conflict is to intall the WordPress Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This will allow you to safely ( just for your logged in user ) disable all plugins except Contact Form 7 and this plugin to see if the issue persists. It will also allow you to switch to a default theme to see if the issue lies with the theme itself. At which point you can enable plugins until you find the one causing issues. For more information please review their documentation.

    Once we know it’s either a plugin or theme conflict, or its an actually issue with the plugin itself, we can investigate further and look at creating a patch.

    @sgmax, Yout issue may be similar but it’s always more beneficial to create your own thread with a link the website having issues so that we can debug any possible issues on a case by case basis.

    Thank you for your response @iqcomputing ! I have found it’s a plugin issue. It doesn’t work when RokSprocket is enabled.

    We’re glad you were able to narrow down where the issue originates. Unfortunately, We were unable to find this plugin on the Official WordPress Plugin Repository which makes it more difficult for us to download, debug, and patch. We suggest bringing up this JavaScript conflict to the RokSprocket plugin developers attention via their support routes. They are more than welcome to reach out to us with any questions or assistance.

    Looking at your websites code though it appears that the JavaScript is looking for elements that do not exist in this instance.

    Clearing the browser and site cache fixed mine! :O Go figure…
