Can't get Quiz to display

What exactly do you have in the form content?

I just used the exact sample content you used in the how-to:

[quiz math-quiz “12+48=?|60”]

which translated into this code in the form:

[quiz quiz-322 “[quiz math-quiz “12+48=?|60″]”]

which translated into this code in the form:

[quiz quiz-322 “[quiz math-quiz “12+48=?|60″]”]

What do you mean? Who translated it for what purpose?

After I enter

[quiz math-quiz “12+48=?|60”]

in the “Quiz” field, as you instruct, the following code is automatically generated in the field titled, “Copy this code and paste it into the form left.”

So I copy the code as instructed.

Then I hit Save and refresh the page where the fields are available for the user to contact us, and all that shows up on the page, in addition to the contact fields, is:

and this is below the Send button.

[quiz quiz-322 "[quiz math-quiz "12+48=?|60"]"] doesn’t work because it’s in the wrong format. Maybe you need [quiz math-quiz "12+48=?|60"]. See Quiz.

The problem is that the tag generator creates usable code.
